Introduction to Crochet: Eco-Art Workshop for Adults!

Would you like to learn to crochet a bag? In this workshop aimed at beginners, we'll introduce you to three basic stitches and get you practising your new skills with a crochet sampler. Then, we'll show you how to make a bag using the skills you've learned. Get started on your project with the guidance of our experienced crafter, Jennifer, and take home the instructions to complete it in your own time.

Like all Reverse Garbage Queensland workshops, we'll show you how to use alternative resources, such as t-shirt yarn, as part of our mission of empowering people to divert useful materials from landfill.

Your ticket price includes guidance from an experienced facilitator and all materials, including two rolls of t-shirt yarn. You have the option to bring your own 20mm (Or near) crochet hook, or you can purchase one from us for an extra $5.

Suitable for beginners, ages 13+
